Design & Development: Our Design & Development department comprises of skilled and experienced engineers and technocrats. Our design unit is well equipped with market latest 3D tools and computer systems. The development unit comprises of fully equipped tool room with a combination of conventional Tool room machines and special purpose CNC machines for in-house development of dies, moulds, jigs,fixture and SPM's for product processing and assembly.
Metrology: We incorporate state-of-the art measuring instruments and equipments for ensuring consistency in product quality, with up to date calibration and well maintain traceability data.
Injection Moulding: We use efficient and high speed multi-cavity injection moulds that are designed and developed in-house and the plastic components production is carried out on computer controlled injection moulding machines in a class 100,000 controlled environment.
Packaging: All of our products are packed in a class 10,000 ' clean room' by the help of an automatic Blister Packaging Machine consisting of an online printing attachment.
Sterilization: Our products are sterilized by fully automatic Eo gas sterilization equipment, with the process validated as per EN 550 international standards.
Laboratory & Quality Assurance: Our fully equipped in-house laboratory help us to perform quality tests as per the international quality standards. We have a team of quality control experts who maintain a strict vigilance at each and every level of manufacturing process to ensure delivery of impeccable quality products to the customers.
